As Senior Managing Director in Capital Markets, Spencer Levy is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of more than 300 investment sales and ebt/equity finance professionals in the Eastern region of the United States.Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Levy was a Principal at Stifel Nicolaus (formerly Legg Mason Capital Markets), one of the most active and diverse real estate investment banking practices in the US. As Principal, he was responsible for leading overall execution of several major merger and acquisition assignments. As well, Mr. Levy played a significant role in the initial public offering of six REITs as well as dozens of other public and private capital-raising transactions.
Previous to this position, Mr. Levy served as Assistant General Counsel of The Witkoff Group, formerly one of the largest property owners in the New York City area. Prior to that, he practiced real estate law at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson and Jones Day Reavis & Pogue.
William T. Krouch

Bill Krouch is the Chief Executive Officer of the Investor Services group within Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. Bill has profit and loss responsibility for the Leasing and Management business (combined Office and Retail portfolio totaling 125 million s.f.) as well as New York Operations. These businesses generate in excess of $100 million in annual fee income and include approximately 500 professionals across the United States. He also directs the senior leadership talent within these businesses on marketing and growth strategies.
Mr. Krouch is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business, including new business strategy, product development and personnel training programs. He also oversees the enhancement of strategic client relationships, as well as ensuring execution and delivery of investment strategies on behalf of our clients.
Michael Colacino

Studley
Michael Colacino was named president of Studley in 2002. He has served as a consultant, strategic planner and provider of specialized brokerage services.
In 2004, Michael worked on the 525,000-square-foot lease that relocated Wall Street law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft to One World Financial Center, the largest transaction in proximity of the World Trade Center site since 9/11. Other major law firm assignments on which he has worked include Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, Jones Day, Pillsbury Winthrop and Covington & Burling LLP all of which were in excess of 150,000 square feet.
His corporate clients have included Time Warner, for which he served as broker on its acquisition and development of the Columbus Circle site.
Michael has participated in a number of media industry assignments while at Studley for clients that include NBC, Warner Brothers, CNN and New York 1 News. These projects have included development feasibility analysis, operations reviews and brokerage. As well as Time Warner’s headquarters, Michael has also work on headquarters relocation projects for Westvaco Corporation (a Fortune 500 manufacturing company) and 24/7 Media (a publicly traded internet firm).
